One of the things that the Yukon does best is remote lodges, some of which are only reached by float plane or boat.

Tagish Wilderness Lodge

This lodge can only be reached by boat from Tagish village and is the perfect place to finish a busy holiday. Accommodation is in rustic cosy cabins but is very comfortable, they have private toilets and showers are housed in the main building. Some of the best food in the Yukon is served here. Summer activities include wildlife/wilderness tours, visits to the Racine Falls, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. From September onwards the northern lights can be viewed and this is the perfect place to see them. In the winter activities include dog sledding, snowshoeing and ice fishing.

Price includes full board and boat transfer. 

Tincup Wilderness Lodge

The lodge is reached by float plane from Whitehorse and is in a stunning location on Tincup Lake. The lodge served delicious food in the main building and guests stay om comfortable log cabins with private facilities. It is open mid-June to mid-September, and 5 or 7 night stays are offered. Activities include hiking, fishing and canoeing or just enjoying the tranquillity of the lake. 

Price includes float plane transfer from Whitehorse, all meals and use of boat and motor, canoes and kayaks.

185 miles from Whitehorse by float place this is an all-inclusive lodge with comfortable log cabins with private bathrooms and very comfortable living area. Activities include hiking, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. 5 or 7 night stays are available.

Price includes return float plane from Whitehorse, all meals, wine with dinner, full guide service, all regular float plane trips, alpine helicopter hiking, use of boats, motors, canoes, kayaks and fuel, fishing equipment and overnight stays in outpost cabins.
